Absolutely Amazing
I LOVE to cook and bake for my family of 7. We have been exploring other types of cooking lately and I’ve always been a little afraid of balsamic vinegars. So since we are exploring I said let’s do it. We all absolutely LOVE it and can’t wait to try other flavors. Just a side note my family of 7 has 5 kids ages 18,14,13,11,10 they can be picky sometimes but they all loved it. I’m actually going to be using it tonight for some balsamic glazed chicken.

I always make gremolata to go ontop of my Osso Bucco and this olive oil brings that wonderful taste right back to me! It's excellent for vinaigrettes, a marinade for chicken or beef and it's great on vegetables and pasta too!
