Ideas for Use

  • Combine with Chocolate balsamic, ground cumin, chipotle powder, and your favorite aromatics. Pour the mixture over a pork shoulder and slow cook until fork tender.
  • Use to pan sear scallops and serve over farro and spinach salad.
  • Combine with any of the suggested balsamic pairings for a great salad dressing. We especially like it with Blackberry Ginger or Cinnamon Pear balsamic.
  • Use in baking in lieu of melted butter or other oils: try it in brownies, carrot cake, muffins, or pumpkin bread.
  • Drizzle over roasted red beets, carrots, fennel, or sweet potatoes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

The blood orange was really good full of flavor and goes really well the honey ginger balsamic vinegar. I have a jalapeño olive oil from We Olive that I use and was wondering if you might sell that at sometime in the future?

Blood Orange Olive Oil.

Blood Orange Olive Oil combined with Rose’ Balsamic Vinegar Oil are the best tasting Oil’s that I put on our daily salads and meats. Sometimes I add Peach White Balsamic vinegar oil and combined them all makes a smooth refreshing dressing to any salad and has a flavor that is so amazing that I will never buy another salad dressing from my grocery store again. Lot 22 is the best.. Staff working there are so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
