What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR OLIVE OIL SPECIAL?
Cinnamon Pear is my favorite balsamic to add to an olive oil to make a delicious salad dressing.
This is my third bottle of this amazingly delicious vinegar! I even bought five bottles last Christmas to give to friends! It’s wonderful to make as a dressing on a simple spinach salad with apples, bacon, red onions, feta and dried cherries! Perfect for fall and anytime of the year!!!!
