Rose' White Balsamic Vinegar | Pinot Noir

Made from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grape variety, it truly boasts an impressive grape pedigree and highlights everything we enjoy about rosé wine: bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries, and wet stone. This grape variety produces earthy, but elegant wines that translate beautifully into a well-balanced, clean, cool, crisp and dry vinegar. For a delicious vinaigrette, combine it with your favorite olive oil and Dijon mustard. The velvety consistency will lovingly caress everything from salad greens to grill-bound asparagus and seafood.

Delicious on tomatoes

I sliced up a beautifully ripe tomato and sprinkled the Rose Vinegar, Blood Orange Olive Oil and a little Maldon Salt…..Heavenly!
I let the tomatoes marinate in the mixture and the tomatoes juices blended with the oil and vinegar. It’s addictive and would be a beautiful appetizer for your guests.

The Mimosa

I went to the Lot 22 store in Riverside to purchase the Blood Orange olive oil as a hostess gift for some friends we were going to be visiting. When I was in the store, I asked which balsamic vinegar to pair with the Blood Orange olive oil. They suggested the Rose White, and gave me a taste of the combination they affectionately called the "Mimosa". It was so delicious I was sold! I bought the same two bottles for myself, and have been using this dressing on all of my salads since. A delightful, fresh summer salad dressing!

Great salad dressing

The combo was a suggestion from the employee since we love blood orange for brownies. She suggested missing with the rose for a dressing. We were hooked! Love it!!!
