760 Polyphenol!!
Though I love all LOT 22 olive oils for cooking and on food, I bought the Coratina for its super high polyphenol count. I'm not sure I've seen olive oil any higher in polyphenol. I take a 3/4 ounce shot at bedtime solely for the health benefits (it's not one I use for cooking). Just google or better yet AI polyphenol and you'll want to incorporate it into your daily health routine. Don't be fooled by on shelf store bought olive oil, if you want the good stuff for health, this is it!!!
