What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR OLIVE OIL SPECIAL?
This olive oil is rich yet simple. Added to pasta as a base, tossed in a salad and drizzled on garlic bread. Delicious!

From basting my chicken breast to prep them for a nice rub, to drizzling over a crostini, this is the perfect olive oil for all use cases, it is my kitchen staple and go-to.
I add this to my salad along with my dressing. The herb flavor stands out.
This is my favorite olive oil. I use it to sauté onions, mushrooms and (who am I kidding?) all vegetables. You can use it to spice up your breakfast offering that are pan fried such as eggs and hash browns. I add it to my homemade pasta sauce and use it to dip bread in (with balsamic of course). I also drizzle it over my avocado toast. It is a must try all-purpose delicious tasting olive oil that will keep you coming back to Lot 22 for more!
