What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

They have several I like, but I think that bourbon maple is the best on salad on fish about anything
It’s the best . I drizzle it on just about everything. Great on salads and as marinade.
This is the perfect drizzle to any Brussels dish! I made it for Thanksgiving and Christmas, it’s always a hit, especially tossing them with this wonderfully sweet yet tangy balsamic.
A must buy!
Pssst- the bacon olive oil mixed with the garlic oil is perfect for this dish as well.
Pictures of me in my bathing suit in the Galápagos Islands made me realize I needed to buckle down about my weight. Having this delicious vinegar on my salad makes my salad taste like a treat! There’s probably other uses for this flavor but for now I’m just enjoying it solo on my gigantic salads with lean protein.
My husband asks for my bowl so he can drink it once I’m finished eating!
