This is a Redlands, CA local made collaboration. The Pizza Topper is a blend of spices and high quality olive oil from Lot22 local oil. This sauce looks deadly at first glance but once applied is a smooth flavor enhancer. The heat comes from the Korean chili and crushed red peppers.

This sauce goes great with all things Italian and can also be used in such things as your favorite Ramen and or as a dipping sauce with your favorite bread.

  • We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

I gave as a gift to my nephew who likes everything hot, so do not have a formal review yet. But I do love your store! All the oils, balsamic, and the specialty items. All make such great gifts!
