This infused olive oil is the perfect example of a versatile culinary oil adding robust and assertive garlic flavor wherever garlic is required. Imagine smelling the aroma of a freshly peeled garlic clove diced into small pieces. Garlic olive oil pairs very well with just about any white balsamic, dark balsamic or fruit vinegar and is the essential finishing oil in many Mediterranean dishes.

Love this oil, use it on everything

We use the garlic oil on any veggie prior to roasting, and on our meats prior to cooking. It's great on everything. We also gift this to friends and family. Always a welcome gift.

Lot 22 Olive Oil Garlic, Tuscan Herb etc…

I grew up in Yucaipa and a good friend of mine turned me into your wonderful flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars over a year ago. My favorite is Tuscany Herb, but they are all wonderful! I use them all the time, whether on veggies, salads, marinades. Adds another level to flavored cooking💕
