  • We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

Order never received

Ordered 2 weeks ago, never received any order updates or status of order. Sent message last week requesting update as still not received. Today receive survey on how we like product—still not received and no follow up on my request from last week.

Elizabeth. I am sorry communication has not reached you. I have sent a screen shot to your email showing that we shipped the package and sent out an email regarding tracking the day after your order was placed. As we rely on 3rd party carriers to deliver the package we are not always informed when a problem develops. We have looked into this and will be re sending the package as we dig deeper into what has happened with the carrier.

I love it!

I drizzle it over my homegrown tomatoes with mozzarella cheese. That’s how I like it! Or, sometimes when I make basil pesto I use it. I really like all their oils! I buy a lot and give them as gifts at Christmas.
