Ideas for Use

  • Combine with your favorite olive oil and some Dijon mustard to make a delectable salad vinaigrette.
  • Combine with Basil olive oil and dress a Peach Caprese salad.
  • Combine with Cayenne olive oil, then simmer to reduce and use to glaze grilled chicken.
  • Reduce with fresh thyme and peach slices and use as a topping for seared or grilled pork chops or shrimp.

Such a great new place in Redlands, right on State Street next to Caprice. They have an excellent selection of both local and global olive oil and balsamic vinegars as well as a lot of interesting spices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Nina was very helpful in educating me about the different options. I purchased a delicious Peach White Balsamic, the Olive Wood Smoked infused olive oil, and the locally grown classic EVOO (which I'm told the owners produce themselves). I saw so many other options that I can't wait to come back and try. I highly recommend it to everyone and look forward to supporting this local business.
