What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

I may, as much as I love Lot 22, have to find a less expensive path..
This was actual recommended to drizzle on top of vanilla ice cream. I tried it and it was fantastic. I used about 2 tablespoons of vinegar because I was worried about it being to much, but it was just right.

I know this might sound a little odd, but I made a healthy version of zucchini bread, pecans, pineapple, avocado oil, and almond flour, etc. I then made a butter with the Honeybell orange white balsamic vinegar. It was a great flavor profile. The vinegar cuts the carbs of the bread.
