Persian Lime Olive Oil

This was a new product for me and I really have enjoyed it. I put it on my corn before placing it on the grill and it was very tasty.

My Favorite Infused Oil (Persian Lime)

I cook a lot and I use lime oil in so many dishes, marinades and dressings. I love it for cooking shrimp or seafood instead of plain olive oil. I used it today in making masa for my vegan tamales. I add a little bit to guacamole. Try it in bruschetta, to brighten the flavor. I marinate flap meat in lime oil, for carne asada. I make lime-cilantro-cumin rice with it or add it to black beans, with a little bit of butter when cooking Mexican food. This is high quality oil for a fair price...I shopped around. Buy the big bottle—you will find so many uses for it.
