What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR OLIVE OIL SPECIAL?
I love the flavor combination of mushrooms/sage together and this olive oil is the perfect blend. It’s so versatile and goes with any dish I’ve made. A unique olive oil that adds so much flavor to any dish. I pair it with the Cherry Balsamic or the fig sometimes (depends on the dish) I’ve been through a few bottles already and can’t wait to get more!

We all know squash and sage is a winning combination, but sautéing your soffrito for soups or pasta filling with the sage infused olive oil elevates your dish 10 fold. I am not even a big mushroom person, but the porcini is such a light accent it just brings together everything perfectly! Even using this as a baste for a roasted squash of any kind is a perfect pairing without any additional work!
