What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR OLIVE OIL SPECIAL?
I loveeee this flavor of olive oil. I’ve used it to drizzle on toasts, I’ve used it to make a butter Parmesan ‘sauce’ to dress up some spaghetti squash, and I’ve used it to cook up some herby eggs, with other herbs added. SO DELICIOUS. The porcini mushrooms add such a nice savory kick, and the sage takes it to another level. This is a fire combination.

I love the flavor combination of mushrooms/sage together and this olive oil is the perfect blend. It’s so versatile and goes with any dish I’ve made. A unique olive oil that adds so much flavor to any dish. I pair it with the Cherry Balsamic or the fig sometimes (depends on the dish) I’ve been through a few bottles already and can’t wait to get more!
