I know this is seasonal BUT!!!!! This has to be my favorite flavor. If I mix with Bacon olive oil it makes, marinade, dressings, dip. If I use it alone, it turns rice into a dessert, home made ice cream the best. Please keep making this flavor.

This is my favorite balsamic! I love it as a salad dressing with the Herbs de Provenance Olive Oil.

This is a more versatile balsamic than I realized. Refreshing on salad, tangy on vegetables, and juicy on meat. I’m very satisfied with this and intend to order larger bottles now.
