What makes our Olive Oil special?
- We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR OLIVE OIL SPECIAL?
I add this to every Mexican dish in some way, and I combine with coconut balsamic for a tropical spritz to any drink of ice cream.....
This is one of my favorite oils. I pair it with cranberry pear vinegar for a perfect light salad dressing. It’s also a great oil for chicken and fish.
This is the best lime olive oil I’ve ever tried. It’s really delicious to cook with for Mediterranean chicken.
