Need help replacing gift card

I just inquired if my father received his gift card from my purchase of two bottles plus gift card sent for Christmas. He didn’t know about it. He said they rummaged around the box of styrofoam peanuts but did not know if it was there. Box went in the trash and was taken by disposal service the next day. Is there someone I can speak to with my order number to see if I can get it replaced? I would think a gift card of that much value would be placed in an obvious way in the box unless it did not make it into the box. Can the original be canceled?

If you placed the order online the gift card is sent to you via email with a code that he can use in the website. We can for sure make sure that you have received it.
