  • We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

Love this combo

When I was visiting the store with my mom and sister, we tried this vinegar and loved the flavor. The store associate talked about how she liked using it as a cocktail/mocktail mixer or shrub. I have yet to use this in anything other than a glass of sparkling water because it's SO GOOD. I should probably try making a salad dressing with it...but I can't stop drinking it. The flavor is so fresh! I'm a big fan.
