Our award winning Arbequina is our go to everyday extra virgin olive oil.  It's aromatics are grassy with a hint of tomato leaf.  After tasting it reveals a low bitterness and medium pungency with herbaceous notes or Arugula and summer plums.  Recently, this lovely won a silver medal at the 2022 Los Angeles Olive Oil Competition.  We love this on salads, as a marinade for white fish or chicken, on fresh pasta or over vanilla ice cream sprinkled with a little sea salt!  Whatever your passion this Arbequina is our everyday culinary ride or die!

Great for Salad Dressing!

I use Arbequina (along with Lot22's 18-yr aged traditional balsamic vinegar) to make the Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette for my salads. Very delicious!!!

I just love this Olive Oil! I grew up in Redands and now live in Boulder Colorado. And when I visit Redlands I always stock up on this - it has such a unique flavor. You just have to try it! I now mail order it and use it exclusively on my salads.
