This years Koroneiki is simply the best we have ever tasted! The aromatics reveal notes of fresh spring grass and green almonds! The tasting notes on this girl move like a bell curve of flavor. The high fruit notes and a medium bitterness and pungency allow notes of green banana and tropical fruit to linger and shine! Recently she received a gold medal from the 2022 Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition and then to go even further was given the prestigious best in class by the judges as well! We love this oil on a charcuterie board with fruits and cheeses. She holds hands so well with any Caprese salad and steals the show with roasted beets topped with mild goat cheese and roasted figs!
