Our Lavender condimento captures the true essence of a lavender field in the south of France: floral, fruity, herbaceous, and slightly sweet. Create a marinade to add a whole new flavor profile to chicken, lamb, or pork. This vinegar can also be cooked down with dark chocolate to create the perfect finishing sauce.

Ideas for Use

  • Drizzle atop goat’s or sheep’s milk cheese and serve with crostini.
  • Mix with our Herbs de Provence olive oil to make a vinaigrette that will please everyone.
  • Make a marinade for lamb, pork, or poultry with one of our suggested pairings olive oils. Rosemary
  • Pour over your favorite dessert (ice cream!)
  • Drizzle over rotisserie chicken.
  • Make pound cake with our Blood Orange olive oil and brush Lavender over the top.

What makes our Olive Oil special?

  • We always have fresh olive oil every 6 months. Olives are only harvested once in each hemisphere. With our connections to small farms in the Southern Hemisphere, we are able to take advantage of a 2nd growing season which allows us to provide you with fresh olive oil every 6 months.

Lavender Rose is amazing

I absolutely love this balsamic, it adds such a unique floral flavor to my food, I bought a sample size and then immediately bought the biggest bottle they had.

My Favorite, thusfar!

I tried a sample of the Lavender Rose White Balsamic St the Redlands store, fell in love. Light, and yet, so flavorful, it brings new life to salads, as well as white asparagus.
I also brought the black cherry dark balsamic, and it really makes bean and tomato salad pop.
Flavors so great, I went back and bought five more flavors to try, as well as the bacon olive oil. More later...

Insanely Good!!!

I've tried many of Lot 22's flavored vinegars, but this one is insanely good! I'm currently using it with their local Picual extra virgin olive oil. I'm also grateful for their outstanding customer service, both on the phone, and in-person at their Redlands shop.
